Please read the below before completing your order.  This is important information regarding shipping times, returns, exchanges, etc.

Shipping & Production Times:  We generally have your order reviewed and printed within 3 business days.  However this can change during holidays and special events.  Shipping times (times in transit) depend on the method of shipping you have chosen.  Basic shipping usually arrives within 5 business days FROM THE DATE IT WAS SHIPPED.  For a total of about 7-10 days from order date.  But this can vary slightly based on location.

Refunds & Returns: Because our products are made to order, we do not offer refunds.  However, we will definitely replace anything that is incorrect or damaged without any charge to you.

Cancellations & Changes: Once an order is submitted, you have until the following morning to cancel or modify your order.  (8AM Eastern Time).  We hold all orders to process until the following morning in case a change is necessary.  Contact us immediately if a change is needed.   Once an order is in production it cannot be canceled.
